In this tutorial you will learn about how to reopen the self-assessment to select another step.
This feature is only available if the self-assessment(factory) and the assessment(Bettterwork) are filled and submitted, then you should submit a zendesk ticket and we can reopen the self-assessment.
When the self-assessment is reopen the factory manager should be able to select the right step here:
You should click on step 1 only, then you can select the desired step:
After select the desired step click on submit, you should wait a couple of seconds t create the new questions.
When the new questions are imported you can start to answer the others questions. Only the Step 2 or 3 questions, the questions of the Step 1 are locked, so you can update this information.
At the moment when you reach a complition rate of 95% or more, you should be able to submit the self-assessment again.
